We're in!

We are finally in the house and after this move, Adam and I have both decided we never want to move again....ever! The kitchen looks great and the rest of the house is coming along. We had some drama with the floor guy, Patrick. He started flaking on his committments and although he used good qualify product, his work was a bit sloppy. After he no-showed on us twice, Adam fired him. Patrick went a little mental on us, sending us threatening emails that he was going to put a lean on our house - preposterious as he owes us money for work he never finished but got paid for. We had to hire two other contractors to repair and finish the job.

The Floors And Cabinets Are In!!!

The floors came out great.


This is just one coat of finish. We have two more coming.

The cabinets look and feel amazing. They templated for the granite last week, and this Thursday, we are going to the fabricator to choose what parts of the slabs will go where.
